Act I
A Conviction
Where we come fromWe hold one conviction about the future: one day, most cyber work will be done by agents, and humans will work alongside them at the critical points — leading, reviewing, correcting. That isn't science fiction; it's the next evolution of the division of labor.
But on the road to that day, one role is missing. Model companies make agents smarter; platform companies give agents a desk. Who teaches them to do the job? Carbon-based life is the bootloader for silicon-based life — humans are destined to be AI's creators, and its teachers. We decided to make "the teacher" a serious enterprise.
Act II
The Brilliant Unemployed
The conflictToday's agent is like a top graduate from an elite school: great at exams, shining on leaderboards, impressive in conversation. But walk it into an office and give it a real job — it doesn't know this company's rules, doesn't know the tricks of this trade, can't tell what matters from what's fatal.
Business owners paid up, one after another, and found that the seats were bought but people were still doing the work. What was missing was never intelligence. It was that nobody had taught it human domain knowledge — what lives in a veteran's head, behind the reports, learned only by falling into the pits — lesson by lesson.
Act III
Turning "the Teacher" into an Institution
The turning pointThat is Claw School: a school that teaches AI to work.
We bring human domain knowledge in and turn it, to factory standards, into course after course — one real task list per role, with the agent trained and checked item by item. We test the work, not puzzles. At graduation we hand over the agent together with the method: the lesson plans, the acceptance checklists, and how to keep training it yourself — the full set. From graduation day on, you no longer need us.
This school has only one rule: Agent-First — the agent is the student and the protagonist; humans are always the teachers.
Act IV
Commencement
Where we're goingOne day, most cyber work will be done by agents, and humans will only review and correct — the way a teacher grades homework. Until that day comes, Claw School holds class every day; the day it arrives will be Claw School's commencement.
By then, humans will be doing what they were always meant to do — leading agents forward, enjoying freedom and the breeze. We hope one of our lessons is part of it.
Make AI truly productive. Welcome to Claw School.
